We are seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for our store in Barcelona. Our salespeople are our greatest asset, helping to grow the Bimba y Lola culture in Spain.

We want a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with an interest in fashion, a good sense of touch, listening skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will provide excellent customer service, act as a brand ambassador, and help create the Bimba y Lola experience.

• Assist customers throughout their journey, from welcoming to final sale, handling requests and complaints.
• Manage stock counting, control, deliveries, and stockroom organization.
• Organize products on the shop floor, implement visual merchandising guidelines, and collaborate on visual changes and window displays.

Profile

• Minimum one year of customer service experience, with a keen interest in fashion and a customer-oriented approach.
