Formación

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent fluent in German and English to join our reservations team. In this role, you will handle bookings, respond to customer inquiries, and provide an excellent service experience for both German- and English-speaking customers. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, travel, or customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms in both German and English.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, policies, and services.
  • Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Handle payment processing, confirmations, and follow-up communication.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, sales, operations) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Maintain records and update reservation systems accurately.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in German C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, or travel is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with reservation or booking systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Sales skills or experience in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or shifts if required.
