Formación

  • 5+ years of renewal management in a B2B software/SaaS environment.
  • Renewable Energy industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage renewal contracts within your assigned account base.
  • Engage with customers to understand budgets and stakeholder timelines.
  • Forecast contract renewals and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Lead quote to close process for renewals.
  • Support contract management processes and amendments.
