Formación

• Proven experience in managed services and/or support services.
• Strong track record of client satisfaction and service delivery management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalations.
• Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms.
