A technology company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Compute Team in developing a core compute platform for backend services. This role involves mentoring a team of engineers, contributing to design and implementation, and making strategic decisions for reliability and scalability. Candidates should have over 7 years in software engineering with strong cloud platform and Golang skills. This is a fully remote position aligned with the European time zone.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven track record in infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Strong technical judgment and experience in distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Drive architectural direction for compute platform.
• Contribute hands-on to the design and implementation of compute services.
