Responsibilities
  • You will work on the Sales Organisation:
    • Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability;
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of high performing executives (Inside Sales and Account Managers) to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention;
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed;
  • Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge, and share feedback on individual performance with new hire managers’ execution;
  • Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team.
  • You will train and develop your Sales Teams:
    • Provide hands-on mentorship for a team to ensure they meet and exceed monthly target business goals;
    • Lead new sellers onboarding program from day 1 through graduation of ramp period;
    • Implement strategic sales coaching, planning, and forecasting as determined by leadership.
  • You will plan and reach the business objectives:
    • Exceed monthly sales targets / goals and complete all activities that drive revenue generation.
Your Profile
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales
  • 1-2 years of team management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end a large team and lead sales initiatives
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles
  • International experience and fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ideally, knowledge or experience with Spanish real estate and / or banks
