Dornier MedTech España is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and market expansion for our portfolio of urology and medical technology products in Northern Spain. This role focuses on consumable medical products and laser systems, aiming to enhance our market presence and achieve revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Market Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share in the designated regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and hospital administrators.

Product Demonstrations and Training:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations in operating rooms to highlight Dornier MedTech’s technologies.
  • Provide training and support to medical staff on the effective use of Dornier MedTech products.
  • Address and resolve technical issues during demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales and Performance Management:

  • Oversee and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the regions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:

  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies during sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
Ihr Profil

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically with a proven track record in consumable medical products.
  • Hands-on experience performing product demonstrations in operating rooms and engaging with medical professionals.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.

Operational Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
