Formación

Embark on a rewarding journey with Bureau Veritas as our new Regional Reward Director Europe Region (F-M-D). Join the Head Office Human Resources team on a full‑time permanent contract.

Your Daily Experience

You will report to Stéphanie, the Vice‑President of Europe Human Resources, and work across the European Union.

Potential locations include Paris, Madrid, or Barcelona. You will partner with operational teams and clients to implement and align regional reward policies with the BV Group strategy.

What You Will Accomplish

Your mission: manage and animate the regional reward policy and processes in line with BV Group strategy while ensuring compliance with local regulations and market specificities. You will ensure the region’s reward offer is competitive, fair, and attractive, supporting employee motivation and retention.

Strengthen employee engagement and support business performance across Europe.

  • Lead the regional grading and job architecture framework, acting as the referent for mapping, promotion updates, and collaboration with Talent teams.
  • Serve as the referent for the annual update of pay ranges, salary, bonus, and LTI benchmarks, working with the Global Reward team to keep compensation competitive.
  • Design, review, and harmonise reward policies (salary, bonus, benefits) and continuously improve incentive programmes by analysing effectiveness and partnering with HR and business leaders.
  • Plan and execute regional reward campaigns and off‑cycle activities, manage the annual budget (WSE), coordinate with HRIS and Global Reward, and support leaders during salary review and bonus cycles.
  • Ensure compliance and equity for international mobility, pay equity, and all relevant labour law requirements, proposing corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Partner with stakeholders and lead project delivery, rolling out global reward initiatives across the region, guiding local HR teams, and developing KPI dashboards to monitor and optimise reward performance.

  • Deep expertise in total rewards management (compensation, benefits, LTI) and labour law compliance across Europe.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proven track record of developing reward KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing senior business leaders.
  • Proven project management experience delivering regional deployments of global reward initiatives.
  • High integrity and confidentiality, with solid financial and business acumen.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
What You Must Have

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 58 years of experience in total rewards management—preferably in a regional or global capacity within an international company.
