Recruitment Marketing Specialist
in
Malaga or Barcelona , you’ll help position Concentrix as an employer of choice by creating high-impact campaigns, compelling content, and unforgettable candidate experiences.

Build and launch employer branding campaigns across social media, job boards, and digital platforms.
Create fresh, engaging content — videos, employee stories, graphics, social posts — that show what life at Concentrix is really like.
Ensure a strong, consistent brand identity across all candidate touchpoints.
Plan and execute multi-channel hiring campaigns for both high-volume and specialized roles.
Manage paid media efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and local digital platforms).
Monitor campaign data, optimize performance, and suggest improvements based on insights.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
Research employer branding trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in the BPO sector.
Analyze candidate behavior and hiring funnel metrics to refine strategies and messaging.
Track employer review sites (Glassdoor, Indeed) and support initiatives to enhance our reputation.
Support recruiters with polished job descriptions, communication templates, and messaging.
Promote referral programs and engage employees with internal campaigns.
Collaborate with operations and training teams to understand role requirements and craft strong value propositions.
Manage job postings, coordinate with agencies, handle administrative tasks, and oversee invoicing processes.
Organize and execute hiring events, job fairs, open days, and university partnerships.
Represent Concentrix as a brand ambassador at external events and community initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or Talent Acquisition , ideally in a BPO or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, and content creation.
Experience with ATS systems, analytics tools, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
A creative mindset with strong project management and attention to detail.
