A recruitment firm is looking for an Entry-level Recruitment Consultant based in Valencia. This role offers the chance to learn the recruitment process, work with international clients, and contribute to a brand-new office. Ideal candidates will have excellent English and another European language, as well as a passion for people and business. The position provides office-based training, flexible hybrid work, and the potential for rapid career progression in a supportive environment.

We're expanding and this time, we're building from the ground up in Valencia.

After two years of remote growth across Europe, AJ Group has opened a brand-new office in Valencia – and we're looking for ambitious individuals to grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment or looking to transition into a new industry, with in-person support, training, and clear progression in a fast-growing, international recruitment business.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll join as a Recruitment Consultant, supporting and learning from experienced consultants in either:

• Life Sciences
• Pharma
• BioTech

Your Role Will Grow Over Time, But Initially You’ll

• Learn the recruitment process from end to end (we’ll train you)
• Source and speak with candidates across Europe
• Help build out client and candidate relationships
• Contribute to the growth of our brand-new Valencia hub

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience in recruitment. We're looking for potential, energy, and a willingness to learn.

• Are based in Valencia or willing to relocate
• Speak excellent English OR AT LEAST ONE OTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGE OUTSIDE SPANISH
• Are Curious About People, Business, And International Markets
• Want to build a career with real progression
