• Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken). A 3rd European language will be a plus
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
