Position Summary

Receptionist – Full time – Murcia, Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Organise all tasks of the Reception department with the hotel guests, from before their arrival, during their stay and until their departure.
  • Formalise arrivals (check‑in) and welcome guests.
  • Formalise departures (check‑out) and say goodbye.
  • Provide personal and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
  • Perform concierge and bell‑hop duties.
  • Review reservations.
  • Conduct night audit.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the reception manager.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Tourism, Master’s in Marketing or similar.
  • Specific training in tourist quality required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and quality in the hotel sector.
  • High level of English; knowledge of other languages valued.
  • Computer skills, hospitality software, CRM, ISO regulations appreciated.
