Now, we're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse community of guests.

Your Role :

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first smile that welcomes our guests and the foundation of our hostel's operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass :

  • Warmly greeting guests and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs.
  • Sharing insights about local attractions, events, and must-visit spots.
  • Handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests with a genuine desire to assist.
  • Ensuring accurate and organized cash transactions while maintaining a tidy front desk area.
  • Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction.
  • Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay.
  • Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions.

Qualifications :
  • A tourism diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service for hospitality.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; familiarity with other foreign languages is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the MEWS PMS highly valued.
