Una empresa en expansión busca un especialista en automatización de pruebas con al menos 4 años de experiencia en Selenium y Cucumber. El candidato ideal será responsable de desarrollar y mantener marcos de automatización, así como de asesorar al equipo en prácticas de QA. Se valora experiencia en bancos y servicios financieros, y conocimientos en AWS. Ofrecemos un ambiente de trabajo remoto y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.

Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas con Selenium Web Driver y Cucumber.
• Experiencia con metodologías Agile y CI/CD.
• Capacidad analítica y habilidades para resolver problemas.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener un marco de automatización de pruebas.
• Entender planes de prueba automatizados y ayudar al equipo.
• Demostrar soluciones PoC a los clientes.

• Follow and recommend design principles and best practices for QA automation.
• Able to develop and maintain test automation framework as per project requirement.
• Understand automation test plans, product architecture and domain in details.
• Solution providing approach for technical queries and help/mentor test automation team.
• Should be able to develop components that are extensible to test tools.
• Hands on experience in PoC solutions for client and can demonstrate.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple tasks.

Required Skills

• Have 4+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber.
• Have 3+ working experience in SOAP UI Automation and micro services automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience with any CI/CD Tools - Jenkins
• Experience with source code controls - GIT
• Have working experience in iterative and Agile methodologies.
• Quick learner with strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
• Have strong ability to understand business process flow.
• Able to analyze, understand and describe issues and coordinate with dev team.
• Exposure to Test and Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Xray.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AWS
• Knowledge of tools like Apache JMeter, Security tools.
• Exposure to the Banking and FInancial Services (BFS) domain.
