Do you love challenges?

As Quality Assurance and Risk Manager in the field of Delivery Assurance for SAP and ServiceNow Project and Managed Services, you will be responsible for :

  • Collaborating with NTT DATA regions to conduct risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed.
  • Providing feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations.
  • Supporting Red / Amber projects by developing and executing "Back to Green" action plans, including internal management reporting.
  • Managing customer escalations: working with regions to define the correct escalation path, supporting de-escalation managers, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence.
  • Defining, together with the regions, the necessary quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow services to ensure quality, speed and profitability.

Your years of work experience in Delivery Assurance, Project and / or Services Management proves your :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments
  • Proven delivery assurance skills, supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Strong project / service management and leadership abilities
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure
  • Knowledge of IT standards and regulations (ISO 1, CMMI, GDPR)
