Why join us?

We are a European deep‑tech leader in quantum and AI, backed by major global strategic investors and strong EU support. Our groundbreaking technology is already transforming how AI is deployed worldwide — compressing large language models by up to 95% without losing accuracy and cutting inference costs by 50–80%. Joining us means working on cutting‑edge solutions that make AI faster, greener, and more accessible — and being part of a company often described as a “quantum‑AI unicorn in the making.”

We offer:

  • Competitive annual salary
  • Two unique bonuses: signing bonus at incorporation and retention bonus at contract completion.
  • Relocation package (if applicable).
  • Fixed‑term contract ending in June 2026.
  • Hybrid role and flexible working hours.
  • Be part of a fast‑scaling Series B company at the forefront of deep tech.
  • Equal pay guaranteed.
  • International exposure in a multicultural, cutting‑edge environment.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented QA / Tester to join our Research team. This role welcomes candidates at both Junior and Mid‑levels. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Researchers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables across multiple projects. Depending on your experience, you will either support or lead key testing processes, documentation, and inter‑departmental coordination. This role is well‑suited for individuals who are analytical, persistent, collaborative, and eager to enhance the quality of systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, refine, and execute test cases for various project requirements.
  • Perform functionality, regression, exploratory, and acceptance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test results, bugs, and retesting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers and Research team members to clarify requirements and ensure smooth testing cycles.

Additional Responsibilities Based on Level:

Junior Level:

  • Assist in writing and updating test cases and documentation.
  • Execute test cases and support bug investigations.
  • Work closely with Mid QA and SEs to understand testing expectations and processes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Mid‑Level:

  • Own handoffs between departments during requirement gathering and final delivery.
  • Define and write structured test cases, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • Delegate testing tasks to Junior QA and coordinate test flows with SEs.
  • Manage QA documentation repositories and support admin tasks (GitLab, Monday.com reporting).
  • Ensure alignment across distributed teams and multiple system environments.

What We’re Looking For:

Required (all levels):

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑project environment.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Junior Nice‑To‑Have Traits:

  • Team spirit and highly collaborative nature.
  • Social and communicative.
  • Persistent, “restless” personality — not satisfied until tests are perfect and bugs are uncovered.

Mid‑Level Nice‑To‑Haves:

  • Experience coordinating tasks across teams and departments.
  • Strong admin and documentation management skills.
  • Experience with distributed teams and multi‑system environments.
  • Familiarity with GitLab and Monday.com workflows.

Tools & Platforms (bonus):

  • GitLab
  • Monday.com
  • Test case management or bug‑tracking systems
