About the Role

We are seeking a strategically minded individual who will contribute to service excellence and deliver a standout customer experience through campaigns and initiatives that enhance the visibility of O&J;'s Aftersales strategy.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement aftersales marketing strategies to increase visibility, brand awareness, and positioning of O&J;'s aftersales services in the automotive market.
  2. Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns targeting both dealers and end customers, utilizing digital and traditional channels such as email marketing, social media, CRM, direct marketing, and in-person events.
  3. Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.
  4. Manage the aftersales marketing budget efficiently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ROI.
  5. Coordinate department-specific events and collaborate with other company departments to organize events for the dealer network and customers.
  6. Work closely with the Spare Parts Manager to align marketing initiatives with departmental goals.
  7. Identify growth opportunities, manage strategic suppliers, and lead initiatives to drive innovation and added value in the aftersales experience.
  8. Oversee the development and follow-up of the budget and monitor the P&L performance of the aftersales marketing area.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering, or machinery engineering.
  • Over 4 years of experience in Marketing Aftersales within the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English as the working language.
