Descripción del empleo

The Project Quality Manager (PQM) is the Customer's voice regarding Quality from contract signing until project handover to Service. The PQM ensures that the quality of WTG delivery meets customer specifications following NX processes. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient Quality Management and QA/QC throughout the customer project.

Your Tasks

1. Tender, Bid, and Sales Support working with Sales Customer function
2. Extend the ITAP and standardize Quality activities into the contractual package
3. Build stronger alliances with the commercial and technical Sales teams
4. Implement feedback from ongoing projects (learnings) into Tender, Bid & Sales Projects
5. Manage Project Quality and pursue Continuous operational excellence
6. Ensure quality safe launch and perfect execution of projects
7. Transfer contract requirements to all functions to ensure quality execution basis: PQP & ITAP
8. Plan and complete Inspection, Test, and Audit activities according to ITAP
9. Secure the quality of components before handover to construction
10. Ensure the availability and correctness of quality documentation, complying with contract milestones
11. Manage deviations in projects
12. Drive deviation management and continuous improvement to closure
13. Safeguard and report Non-Conformance, NQC costs, and concessions in cooperation with the Non Conformity Management area
14. Drive NCR/8D, findings from operations, and final walkdowns to closure
15. Oversee project claims management and performance

Your Profile

• Engineering degree or similar studies
• Training in construction or industrial processes, concrete, etc., is a plus
• English proficiency is required
• Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability
