We are currently seeking a Project Quality Manager to to join our team based in Madrid.

About the job :

As a Project Quality Manager your main accountabilities will be :

  • Issue the Project Quality Plan, defining the key components of the Project Quality Management System and the areas or activities that are determined to be critical.
  • Ensure that project personnel are familiar with goals and requirements, under the responsibility of Project Management.
  • Participate in the preparation of procedures and work processes to be followed in each of the functional areas.
  • Direct collaboration with the leaders for each discipline involved in the Project to ensure that the work is performed as required by the Project documents and procedures.
  • Establish an audit and review plan that defines the schedule of activities for quality control.
  • Review, evaluate and audit the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, at all Operations / Engineering Centers involved in the Project.
  • Report to the Project Management team on the performance of quality activities.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of the project quality management system with Project Management.
  • Coordinate the activities of the Operations Center Quality Managers and support, where necessary, the establishment and maintenance of project quality management systems at the Operations Centers.
  • Implement an effective system of corrective and preventive actions and follows up on the closure of NCRs.
  • Assist in the definition of project objectives and metrics (KPIs), analyze performance, propose corrective actions.
  • Lead or participate in investigations to solve quality problems.
  • Manage the process of capturing and implementing lessons learned from projects.
  • May assist in the development and approval of site, QCP and ITP procedures.

About you :

We would love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements :

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and a Master's degree in Quality Management.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Quality Manager, ideally in Oil & Gas industry.
  • You are fluent in English (at least C1).
