An ambitious tech company based in Madrid is seeking a MarTech Specialist to drive digital growth. In this full-stack role, you will develop and optimize our marketing website and automation systems to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, and a passion for innovative technologies. As a MarTech Specialist at Spoki, you'll be the engineering force behind our digital growth engine. This is a full‑stack role for a creative problem‑solver who lives at the intersection of code, data and marketing.
You’ll own our marketing web properties end‑to‑end, build intelligent automation systems, and create tools that help us scale from thousands to millions of customers.
Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 3 months (i.e., Expenses : 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki).
Gross salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000 / year, with performance‑based adjustments.
