• Running multiple commercial HVAC projects from bid to handover;
• Working closely with engineering, design, site teams and clients;
• Managing cost control, forecasting, procurement and reporting;
• Solving problems early rather than explaining disasters later;
• Representing the business professionally without sounding like a robot;

• Can juggle budgets, subcontractors, timelines and client expectations without theatrics;
