A leading recruitment agency seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and development of Solar PV projects in Italy. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in similar roles and be fluent in English and Italian, with Spanish as an advantage. Travel to project sites in Italy is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for onshore projects in Italy and/or Spain.
• Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.

The Green Recruitment Company partnered with a leading IPP with around 2 GW of projects in the pipeline in search of a Project Manager to manage the advanced permitting and EPC projects in Italy.

The Project Manager will be in charge of the technical business development and projects under construction of the solar PV and BESS projects in Italy.

The position will report to the Corporate Construction and Engineering Head.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Construction phase of around 500MW of Solar PV projects in Italy.

• Lead end-to-end project development activities for Solar PV and BESS projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Supervise the work of Engineering and Construction contractors and suppliers to reach targets and milestones agreed in the contract.

• Coordination and liaison with stakeholders.

• Budget compliance and deviation control.

• Supervising contracts along with risk management, quality assurance and document and cost control.

• Arrange site visits and meetings whilst delivering excellent community engagement at each stage of a project.

Qualifications

• Plus 5 years of experience as a Project Manager working in the business development and EPC of onshore projects in Italy and/or Spain.

• Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.

• A willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team, whilst fostering a positive working environment for all members.

• Fluency in English and Italian is compulsory, and Spanish is very valuable.

• Availability to travel to the projects in Italy is a requirement.
