A cutting-edge technology firm in Madrid seeks a Founder’s Associate Intern to support co-founders with strategic and operational priorities. This hands-on role includes tracking key projects, participating in fundraising, and documenting processes. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and some knowledge of venture capital. The position offers a hybrid work environment, including the opportunity for remote work and around 30 vacation days.

At Orbital Paradigm, we develop autonomous reentry capsules for routine, fast-return transport from orbit, supporting in-space manufacturing, science, and logistics.

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern, to work directly with the co-founders on strategic and operational priorities across all areas of the company. This is a broad, hands-on role that provides exposure to fundraising, business development, operations, and project management.

Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

Support the organization of the company’s funding round, including investor outreach, documentation, and data room preparation.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Basic knowledge and understanding of venture capital

First-hand learning about venture capital, fundraising processes, and investor relations.

Up to 2 years in a similar role or research project

Remote : Hybrid (+ 2 fully remote weeks / year)

~ 30 vacation days (23 flexible, +7 during holidays).
