Job Summary

As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' service expectations are met and exceeded. You will lead and motivate project teams, manage all aspects of projects from presale to execution, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage customer requirements to develop and meet service expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop project staff, identifying and addressing their training and development needs.
  • Oversee all project phases, including presale activities, discovery, planning, execution, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to ensure clear understanding among all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project reports, resource metrics, and status updates.
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.
  • Present data in a business context for leadership and publish business operations reports.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, data analytics, and business operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Salesforce, and Jira.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to automate workflows and optimize processes using tools like Power Automate.
  • Fluency in Spanish, and English – Must. Portuguese is a Plus.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, including Copilot prompts, to enhance efficiency.
  • A background in IT, data storage, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
