Product & Process Service Manager

Are you passionate about driving customer-centric, sustainable, and cost-effective service solutions? At Sonova, we are seeking a Product Service and Process Manager to shape and implement technical service concepts for our products on a global scale. Join a cross-functional team that is improving product lifecycle services to ensure high-quality, customer centric, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement global technical service concepts for new products, with focus on customer centricity, sustainability, and cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service strategies align with overall product goals
  • Drive sustainability by integrating circular practices and minimizing environmental impact within service processes
  • Deploy those concepts in Sonova’s product service centers and coordinate site readiness
  • Optimise quality and cost aspects in product service process development
  • Take a lifecycle approach to service design—from development to phase-out and end-of-life
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, R&D, QARA, OPS, finance, and global service teams to implement solutions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with proven cross-functional project collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and process orientation; experience with project management tools and best practices
  • Ability to interpret data for decision-making and performance evaluation
  • Strong communication skills—able to translate complex topics for diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience driving initiatives across multiple sites and/or regulated industries
  • Background in operations, continuous improvement, or medical device industry is advantageous
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP tools, German or Spanish is a plus
