The Senior Procurement Specialist will play a key role in managing the acquisition of goods and services, supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, and negotiating supplier contracts. This role bridges operational procurement with strategic responsibilities, providing support in contract management, supplier performance, and administrative tasks such as contract signatures. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with international stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage domestic and international purchasing processes.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical, financial, and quality criteria.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts and agreements.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update the supplier database.
• Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements.
• Support contract signature processes and other administrative procurement tasks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethics, and applicable regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement in the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and support decision-making.
• Assist in implementing procurement strategies aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
• 4-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commercial law and contract terms.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency for international supplier management and global communication.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Team player with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Certifications such as CPP, CPSM, or equivalent.
• Experience with RFPs, sustainable sourcing
