Formación

  • Fluency in Spanish and a minimum B2 level in English is required.
  • Previous experience in sales or telesales is preferred.

  • Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for field sales
  • Proactively contact and communicate with leads and prospects via phone and email
  • Conduct the first contact to prospects to identify opportunities
  • Give detailed information about core DKV Mobility and VatServices products and services
  • Generate and nurture leads independently
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information and hand-over to field sales
  • Manage requests and correspondence from purchased databases
  • Use and maintain the CRM system and ensure accurate tracking and correction the data quality
  • Participate in specific promotional events (fairs, events)
