This role focuses on first-line support for data and insight needs, improvement of Corporate Data Solutions, and presenting solutions to stakeholders. About the role :

The Corporate Data Intelligence team, part of the Corporate Information Office, is providing reports, dashboards & analytics for the entire SD Worx Group. The team takes care of the data warehouse architecture, the ETL-processes, data mappings & definitions, and the transformation of Corporate Data into Information & Insights. The ultimate goal is to reinforce Business Excellence in all domains and at all levels in the organization.

Which tasks can you expect?

• In this role, you specifically focus on first line support for data & insight needs of our Sales / Business.
• You also analyze how we can improve our Corporate Data Solutions and to unlock new opportunities to increase our efficiency and / or impact on the organization.
• Together with your colleagues, you set-up new or improve existing data solutions.
• You present and promote solutions to the internal stakeholders
• You contribute within & between teams, by sharing your knowledge and best practices.

Depending on personal interest, you also have to opportunity

• to explore statistical data analytics
• to work on other Information Office projects within other domains (eg. Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing…)

What do you have to offer?

• You have a strong interest in data, reporting and analytics / statistics
• Expertise in SQL
• You have expertise in the reporting tool Power BI ( min. 3 years)
• You are a team player with flexibility to engage both in small individual assignments as in large team assignments.
• You are eager to learn and have a result-driven mind-set

Experience considered as a plus :

• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience with Sales and / or Marketing
• Experience with CX
• Experience with Finance or HR
• Experience in Payroll & HR Domain
• Experience in agile methodology
• Knowledge of Reporting Tools, ic. Tableau, IBM Cognos.
• Knowledge of SAP4H and / or SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of statistics
