Una firma de consultoría líder en RRHH busca un Consultor Oracle HCM Cloud para participar en la implementación de soluciones HRIS. Las responsabilidades incluyen la configuración de módulos, documentación y soporte al cliente. Se requiere experiencia previa en implementación de HRIS y, preferiblemente, en Oracle HCM Cloud. Formación

• Experiencia previa en proyectos de implementación de HRIS requerida.
• Experiencia previa en implementación o soporte de Oracle HCM Cloud es una ventaja.
• Certificaciones relevantes son un activo.

Responsabilidades

• Participar en proyectos de implementación, talleres, y configuración.
• Configurar módulos para ajustarse a los requisitos del cliente.
• Escribir documentación y materiales de capacitación.
• Gestionar tickets correctivos y de mejora para la solución.
• Capacitar a los usuarios y realizar monitoreo técnico.

Conocimientos

Experiencia previa en HRIS en una firma de consultoría o en una empresa

Opportunity: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Build, Acceptance, Deployment, Support) for our customers on the following missions:

• Participate in implementation projects (workshops, configuration, user acceptance test, roll‑out, user training) and write reports for the project follow‑up.
• Configure modules to deliver a functional solution that fits the customer’s requirements, evaluating the impact of configurations on processes and/or HR modules of the core HR, payroll, time, and talent domains.
• Translate the customer’s requirements into deliverables, writing documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials).
• Integrate the latest version of the solution into the client’s current environment, including data migration from the old version to the new version of the HRIS solution.
• Manage corrective and enhancement tickets for the solution (bug fixes, user support, configuration enhancements, patches, and new version deliveries).
• Carry out technical and application monitoring and train users.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HRIS in a consulting firm or in a company and in implementation projects.
• Prior experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects is a plus.
• Certifications in Oracle HCM or any modules would be an asset.
• Fluent in English and/or French.
