A global renewable energy company is seeking an intern in its operational services purchasing department based in Pamplona, Spain. As an intern, you will support the team in negotiating services, maintaining purchases in internal tools, and analyzing bids from various countries. A degree in Business Administration or a similar field is required, along with fluency in English. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to sustainable practices while gaining valuable experience.

• Eligible for the internship if not graduated more than 3 years ago.

Responsabilidades

• Support the operational services purchasing department in negotiations.
• Maintain and update service purchases in the ERP and tools.
• Launch RFQs and RFIs.
• Compare bids and data from all countries.
• Control indicators and document.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the operational services purchasing department in negotiating and purchasing services
• Maintaining and updating service purchases in the ERP and internal tools
• Launching RFQs and RFIs
• Comparing and analyzing bids and data from all countries
• Indicators and document control

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• To be eligible for the internship, you must not have completed your bachelor's or master's degree more than 3 years ago
• Fluent English
• SAP highly desirable
• MS Office: Advanced Excel, Power BI
• Dynamic, decisive, independent person with good communication skills
