The aim is to reinforce the institute’s research capabilities by incorporating highly qualified professionals with a proven track record in biomedical sciences. This initiative seeks to foster the development of innovative research lines, enhance external funding opportunities, and promote long-term integration within a dynamic and supportive scientific environment.

• Hold, or are in the process of applying for, competitive research grants (e.g., Miguel Servet, Ramón y Cajal, ERC Starting/Consolidator/Advanced Grants, ICREA, etc.).
• Are looking for a host institution to develop and consolidate their research career.
• Demonstrate scientific excellence and leadership potential.
