The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of VPN and EUS technologies, with experience using various operating systems and call management systems. Technical expertise in Microsoft Office and mobile devices is also required.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding about VPN

Technical knowledge in EUS technologies

Windows and Mac OS

Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365 & Teams

iOS and Android devices

Hardware and Peripherals

Call Management Systems

Teams conferencing and enterprise voice

Audio visual systems

SCCM

Basic Network Skills

ITIL certified

Experience in international environments

This is a permanent employment with the client on an annual salary mode.

Qualifications

• MUST: Must have strong understanding about VPN
• Excellent technical knowledge in all key areas of EUS technologies, e.g.
• Windows and Mac OS
• Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365 & Teams
• iOS and Android devices
• Hardware and Peripherals
• Mobile devices
• Exposure:
• Call Management Systems, especially Service Now
• Teams conferencing and enterprise voice
• Audio visual systems (TV / Projector systems) and conference technology
• SCCM
• Basic Network Skills
• ITIL certified
• Experience in working in an international environment
