The role involves monitoring site performance, setting up health and safety programs, and training staff. • Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personnel issues in the workplace.
• Experience in worker's compensation case management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor site performance against set KPIs and create plans to improve processes.
• Set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions.
• Analyse safety metrics and incident trends.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of OSHA regulations

Experience in workplace health & safety

Advanced proficiency in local language and English

Emergency response experience

Experience with Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies

Educación
