Hi, I’m Cristina, the HR Business Partner responsible for some EMEA countries (Spain, UK, Ireland, Portugal and Italy), and your hiring manager here at WebPros. My career path was originally centered in psychotherapy and coaching, and about 8 years ago, I made a shift into an HR Business Partner role at WebPros - an exciting and dynamic company - while also managing the day-to-day aspects of office operations.
I am currently looking for an Office & HR Coordinator to support me from the Barcelona office. As an Office & HR Coordinator, your week is centered around overseeing health & safety policies, local regulations, time tracking through our HRIS tool, assisting employees with HR-related queries, and contributing to a smooth and engaging office experience. You’ll also be involved in supporting internal events across EMEA and staying closely aligned with the HR team.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy helping others and solving problems, and you are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. You excel in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing priorities, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
