We are looking for a “Reservation Assistant Specialist” with the following qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of working experience in travel agency or hotel reservation processes.
  • Manage stop sales, reservations, and allotment control.
  • Manage incidents and complaints.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good level of English.
  • Located in Tenerife.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations in a simple way.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines.
  • Result-oriented, good team player, well-disciplined, and well-organized.
