Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns, aligning brand and country objectives with digital marketing strategies.




- Act as the main point of contact for the client, building trust and managing communication across internal and external teams.
- Design and maintain campaign blueprints, using data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate workshops with brand teams to drive adoption of omnichannel campaigns.
- Define test plans and collaborate on monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Optimize user journeys in collaboration with brand and country teams.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and scope changes across projects.
- Oversee execution quality against industry standards and propose continuous improvements.
- Develop key customer experience metrics and KPIs for executive-level reporting.

Requirements:

- +5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution (nurturing, drip, etc.).




- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
- Experience in journey mapping and orchestration of multichannel campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist and Administrator (Consultant is a plus).
- Experience analyzing customer metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and its digital channels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in scoring models (RFM or others).
