Formación

What youll be doing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking prospects: initiate outreach, build strong first impressions and shape early dialogues
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, build a solid pipeline and help guide opportunities through to discovery phases
  • Collaborate closely with internal Solution Specialists and Partners to maximise conversion and value for clients
  • Identify customer business-needs and match them with suitable cloud/technology offerings
  • Capture the voice of the customer, gather feedback and feed insights into product and sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure consistent follow-up and reporting
  • Achieve your individual targets and contribute to the teams overall growth
What were looking for
  • Fluent Norwegian (C1+) and strong English (B2+)
  • 1-2 years experience in IT sales, account management, business development or customer success
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce or equivalent) and confident with Microsoft Office tools
  • Passion for technology, digital transformation and helping clients solve business-challenges
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, strong communicator and able to build rapport
  • EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is required
