• At least 3 years of experience in N2 technical support or similar environments.

We are looking for a N2 Support Technician to join an important Project located in Zaragoza in hybrid job modality.

What are we looking for?

• An/a N2 Support Technician, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Zaragoza.
• Work Model: Hybrid (1 day office)
• Work Schedule: full-time

Requirements:

• Solid experience in SQL (script creation and execution, complex queries, optimization)
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (C# or Java) – highly valued
• Previous experience in N2 technical support or similar environments
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and propose effective solutions

What will your responsibilities be?

• Analyze bugs reported by the N1 support team
• Execute data regularization scripts in SQL
• Collaborate with the development team to escalated critical incidents
• Document applied solutions and keep the internal knowledge base updated
