As a Bar Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our bar while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

At MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE, you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, embodying our brand values with every guest interaction. We're seeking someone who thrives on connecting with people and is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of guest service.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, hands-on, and possess extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages. With excellent service skills and a knack for thriving in fast-paced environments, our Bar Supervisor will lead by example, fostering a motivational atmosphere for our bar team.

We offer extensive ongoing training and tasting programs for our staff in order to keep our teams on top of their game. Besides the training we offer excellent opportunities to grow within the group.

Responsibilities

• Training of current staff and new team members
• Help with managing your team and constantly raising the bar
• Main contact with suppliers
• Keeping up to date with licensing legislation and taking legal responsibility for the premises
• Enforcing health and safety rules
• Be responsible for ensuring the perfect of every drink every time to minimize waste

Requirements

• A demonstrable passion for food concepts and creation, with a good working knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
