The role
Our Client Partner roles involve a mix of new business development and managing existing client relationships. You will partner with senior HR and Talent Acquisition teams globally to help them address executive talent challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Aligned with one of our key practice areas, you will build and maintain relationships with your clients, presenting innovative, sector-leading solutions, and becoming their go-to person for global talent mapping, pipelining, and insights.
What we look for

You should have a background in Executive Search, recruitment, or talent assessment, with a proven track record of winning business and growing client revenues.
Key requirements :
This role is fully remote, with travel to European-based clients and our EMEA office in Switzerland as required.
