Client Partner / Senior Client Partner EMEA

Remote - Spain based

The role

Our Client Partner roles involve a mix of new business development and managing existing client relationships. You will partner with senior HR and Talent Acquisition teams globally to help them address executive talent challenges and deliver tailored solutions.

Aligned with one of our key practice areas, you will build and maintain relationships with your clients, presenting innovative, sector-leading solutions, and becoming their go-to person for global talent mapping, pipelining, and insights.

What we look for

We seek individuals who are truly consultative, skilled in solutions sales, and capable of building lasting client partnerships.

You should have a background in Executive Search, recruitment, or talent assessment, with a proven track record of winning business and growing client revenues.

Key requirements :

  • Experience working with Senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • In-depth understanding of the talent market and its challenges.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence.
  • Experience within one of our key Practice Groups:
    • Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical)
    • Consumer & Industrial
    • Technology
    • Financial Services

This role is fully remote, with travel to European-based clients and our EMEA office in Switzerland as required.

Desirable requirements

  • Experience in international/European sales.
  • Foreign language skills.
