The Role

We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Fullstack Engineerwith a strong backend and domain-driven designfocus.

You’ll work on the core logic that powers Workfully — designing scalable backend systems, defining clear domain boundaries, and ensuring our architecture supports fast, reliable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement modular backend systems using NestJS and Sequelize
• Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to model business logic
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define clear service boundaries
• Ensure testability, maintainability, and performance of backend systems
• Support architectural decisions that balance scalability and simplicity

Our Stack

We work with a modern TypeScript-based stack:

• Frontend:React, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Backend:NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure:AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0
• Testing & CI/CD:Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions
• Principles:SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture
