We are seeking skilled, part-time therapists to join our team and deliver exceptional care using a cutting-edge, AI-enabled platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel clients with various benefits, from short-term goal-focused programs to employer-sponsored health plans offering unlimited sessions.
• Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
• Prioritize treating additional populations like children, adolescents, couples, or families, if interested.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated support team and licensed clinical care navigators whenever needed.
• Provide culturally sensitive and empathetic care, adhering to our values of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements :

• You are properly qualified (licensed) to practice counseling in Spain. We cannot accept applications from those requiring clinical supervision.
• You possess at least 3 years of independent experience following post-training requirements.
• You have access to a computer, are comfortable with technology, and are tele-health competent.
• You are available for some monthly in-person sessions in Pozuelo De Alarcon.
• You are trained in evidence-based care methods such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• You are capable of providing safety planning and intervention during high-risk situations.
• You prioritize quality clinical care and wish to enhance your skills by monitoring client progress or challenges.
• You prefer working independently but value the support of a team and opportunities for collaboration with other providers.
