How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Perform duties related to your profession in home care for patients covered under the Vasco Emergency Contract.
• Assist in maintaining quality, environment, and safety procedures across various business units.

The responsibilities include :

• Anamnesis : Gathering patient and caregiver data regarding symptoms, medical history, test reports, allergies, etc.
• Physical Examination : Conducting physical exams, reviewing recent diagnostic tests available at home, assessing nutritional and psychological states.
• Nursing Assessment : Combining data from anamnesis and clinical examination for a comprehensive patient evaluation.
• Medical Diagnosis : If data is conclusive, issuing a diagnosis and coding it according to the CIE10 list. If additional tests are needed, arranging patient referral for confirmation.
• Treatment and Care Plan : Explaining treatment protocols and care plans to patients and caregivers, documented in the medical record.
• Discharge or Referral : Concluding medical actions at home, with referrals to hospitals when necessary, coordinated with emergency services.
• Report any significant incidents observed during the service to supervisors.

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery, with an equivalent foreign degree or at least six months of professional experience.
