Company Overview:
We are building Protege to solve the biggest unmet need in AI — getting access to the right training data. The process today is time intensive, incredibly expensive, and often ends in failure. The Protege platform facilitates the secure, efficient, and privacy‑centric exchange of AI training data. Solving AI’s data problem is a generational opportunity. We’re backed by world‑class investors and already powering partnerships with some of the most ambitious teams in AI. The company that succeeds will be one of the largest in AI — and in tech. We’re a lean, fast‑moving, high‑trust team of builders who are obsessed with velocity and impact. Our culture is built for people who thrive on ambiguity, own outcomes, and want to shape the future of data and AI.
We’re hiring a Media Partnerships Lead (EMEA) to grow Protege’s network of content owners and expand the foundation of our licensing business. This is a relationship‑driven, mission‑critical role for someone who understands the media ecosystem and is excited to bring high‑value content into the future of AI. You will identify, engage, and secure partnerships with rights holders across audiovisual, audio‑only, and other content types. You’ll sell partners on Protege’s vision, structure mutually beneficial licensing agreements, and serve as their trusted point of contact as their content becomes part of transformative AI products. This role will be based in EMEA.
The market for high‑quality, licensed training data is exploding—and content owners are rethinking how to participate in AI. Protege is building the trusted bridge between rights holders and builders. As a Media Partnerships Lead (EMEA), you’ll be on the front lines of that movement. The relationships you build will shape the future of both content and AI.
