A leading renewable energy company in Spain is seeking a logistics specialist to manage materials for wind turbine projects. Responsibilities include tracking orders in SAP, ensuring timely deliveries, and cooperating with various departments. The ideal candidate has a background in industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields, along with several years of experience in procurement. Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office is necessary, and a strong command of English is required.

Formación

• Several years of relevant professional experience in procurement or material management.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office required.
• Very good written and spoken English; other languages are advantageous.

DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Material Management

YOUR TASKS:

• Central contact for materials needed on wind turbine construction sites
• Create and track project-relevant material orders in SAP
• Monitor and keep on‑time delivery and actively manage potential bottlenecks and delays
• Interface activities between installations and service department
• Support of local material identification of spare parts
• Analysing and optimizing PM inventories taking into account exchange groups, variants and historical consumption
• Cooperation with the relevant adjacent departments (e.g. Service Spare Parts Management, Production, Site Management) in operational and process relevant issues
• Create project‑specific material management plans
• Participation in material‑relevant coordination meetings
• Continuous improvement of processes and data management
• Additional tasks and projects related to material management

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, business administration, etc.) or commercial / technical training with further qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the procurement or management of materials
• Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office required
• Very good written and spoken English, other languages would be an advantage
• Independent, structured and goal‑oriented way of working, paired with a binding and appreciative behaviour
