Marketing Manager - ERP & Digital Solutions

Responsibilities
- Branding: Shape and amplify our brand identity for ERP and digital solutions, ensuring we are recognized as a trusted partner in the market.
- SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to maximize search visibility and organic traffic.
- Content Marketing: Build and manage a robust content plan — including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership — to fuel SEO and lead generation.
- Lead Generation: Design and run multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert qualified leads for our sales team.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, fostering engagement and building a loyal community.
- Media Buying: Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys (PPC, digital ads, sponsorships) to expand reach and maximize ROI.
- Events & Webinars: Plan and host webinars, virtual sessions, and industry events to engage prospects and position us as thought leaders.
- Partner & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., SAP) on joint marketing campaigns, leveraging available co-marketing funds.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Build and manage lead nurturing workflows, ensuring strong alignment with sales and visibility across the funnel.
- PR & Thought Leadership: Develop PR strategies, craft press releases, and secure media coverage. Build thought leadership content that positions Muller Solutions as an expert in ERP, outsourcing, and digital transformation.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on all marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement and clear ROI.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in B2B marketing within the IT industry — ideally ERP (e.g., SAP), their partners, or outsourcing & managed services.
- Deep understanding of branding and positioning for complex tech solutions.
- Strong expertise in SEO, lead generation, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Skilled in planning and hosting webinars or industry events.
- Experience in PR campaigns and building thought leadership.
- Data-driven, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
