Overview

Separation & Flow Technologies encompasses process engineering components and machines, including separators, decanters, homogenizers, valves and pumps. These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.

Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Meet annual sales and order intake targets for Environmental applications.

  • Negotiate sales orders ensuring acceptable gross margin contribution.

  • Increase GEA Westfalia market share and hit rate towards Spain and Portugal environmental customers.

  • Support the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing in defining sales and marketing strategies for Iberia.

  • Cooperate with service sales team to adapt service strategy to demands coming out from environmental customers.

  • Manage and report the entire offer project process: customer contact, scope definition, commercial negotiations, and project execution support.

  • Prospect and cooperate with external partners.

  • Manage customer relationships and support product development and service sales.

  • Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding customer payments.

Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Degree in Environmental Studies or related field.

  • Relevant experience in environmental market.

  • Proven negotiation and contracting skills.

  • Proficient English & Spanish (mandatory).

  • CRM proficiency.

  • Willing to travel across Spain and Portugal.

  • Deep business understanding with a strong customer focus.

  • Open-minded with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Team player, excellent networker and negotiator.

  • Outstanding communication and sales skills.

  • Ability to engage with customers at different levels.
