A leading beverages company in Barcelona seeks a Maintenance Manager to ensure the operational efficiency of automated logistics. You will oversee a technical team of 25, manage maintenance budgets, and collaborate with OEMs for optimal machinery performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a proven track record in maintenance management, and strong leadership skills. This role requires fluent English at C1 level and values additional postgraduate qualifications.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management and development.
• Minimum 3 years as a Maintenance Manager in industrial or highly automated environments.
• English Level: C1 level.
• Master's or Postgraduate degree in Maintenance or Innovation is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance for Laser-Guided Vehicles and Automated Warehouse.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a technical team of 25 people.
• Establish and manage the annual Maintenance and Repair budget.
