A leading technology firm in Madrid is searching for an IT Support Technician to provide both local and remote technical support. Candidates should have experience in hardware/software maintenance and troubleshooting in various environments. The role requires good communication skills and a proactive attitude, as well as a very good level of English or bilingual capability in Spanish/French. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support roles.

• Network debugging.
• Diagnosis and repair of devices and peripherals.
• On-site and remote support for issue resolution.
• Documentation and organization of the technology assets.
• Advising on the purchase and renewal of technological equipment.
