A leading life sciences consultancy in Madrid is looking for a Senior Strategic Consultant with at least 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, particularly within Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech. The role involves leading projects from planning to delivery and conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis. An MBA is preferred, along with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. The Role

1. Working on management consultancy projects including business planning, commercial due diligence, go-to-market strategy, opportunity assessment, and pipeline management assignments.
2. Lead projects from planning to delivery.
3. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify client issues and create deliverables.
4. Deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and other client materials.
5. Manage and mentor junior team members.
6. Support the development of project proposals based on client needs.

You will :

• Have solid professional experience in management consulting within the life sciences / healthcare industry.
• Be a graduate (Business or Life Sciences).
• Ideally have completed an MBA.
• Speak excellent business English.
• Know consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
